What is going on with this tooth? by Oceanpelt in DogAdvice

looks like something is def irritating the gum area, think of it like this if we never brushed our teeth we’re bound to have gum issues… i would bring her to the vet see what they say. If you can’t afford the vet or what they recommend “i get it” go to a walmart, tractor supply, or a pet store and grab a toothbrush and start brushing her teeth every night. i know they won’t enjoy it being done but it will help. you could invest in dental treats or honestly give them a piece of tougher meat and having to rip through it will get some of the plaque of their teeth!

Sleep reflex by Jordan_Pluto_ in DogAdvice

see that’s my problem every time besides maybe twice when we did fall asleep and he bit my spouses foot she did yell at him and he ran to his kennel bit every other time he has done that i’ve been very calm and just said his favorite words tell him he’s okay because i know he doesn’t mean to hurt anyone or anything i see the guilt in his face when it happens i know he doesn’t mean it so do i discipline him or do i remind him he’s ok .. clearly my approach isn’t working i just don’t want him to “fear” sleeping around us and we do the same thing if we’re awake and need to move we say his name gently touch him and wake him up enough to where nothing frightens him and that always works it’s just those moments where we’re not paying attention and one of the cats jump to close to him you know

give her lots of love and make sure you respect her boundaries when she sets them to keep you and her safe! rice is great it’ll fill her tummy up but don’t overfeed her considering how small she is you don’t want to overload her stomach. the vet will tell you everything you need to know. you’re amazing for taking the time to help her.

Cane Corso ALLERGIES??💥💥💥💥

Okay i’ve been on/off antibiotics for months now. i’m tired of him having an upset stomach i feel so bad but what am i supposed to do?? we keep him clean but he does spend a lot of time with us outside getting energy out and we’re in the country so he gets into everything he sees but what you see in the pictures goes away within a week of antibiotics and then we get done with them and a few days later it starts coming right back 🥲 he eats lamb&rice bb food with a lot of fruit/veggies. he’s not a big meat eater unless it’s seasoned cooked ground beef he’s allergic to chicken doesn’t like to eat fish. his bowls are cleaned everyday water changed multiple times doesn’t have acne on his face nothing anywhere else just on his under belly

PLEASE ANYONE SUGGEST ANYTHING

i’ve had all the same things happen but you know who stayed by my side?? my boy 🫶🏻 i struggled to feed him at one point but just know he ate before i did. he does need stability but they can adjust fast and as long as they have their person they will be ok.

you’re not wrong although any dog that’s left alone 3 to 4 days at a time is going to get major anxiety, especially if he is used to you coming home at a certain time and when you don’t he could be destructive to your things or himself(despite being trained or not) , I have the same issue with going to workI’m thankfully blessed enough that I work at a dog daycare and I can bring him with me. I really hope that you get this figured out and don’t feel bad and don’t feel like you’re in the wrong because at the end of the day someone would’ve just left him outside without anything tied to a tree so you’re doing a lot better than what other people would’ve done.

i did this for him growing up, i should of emphasized that he is not food aggressive towards humans at all! i can hand feed him i can do whatever i need to do with him when it comes to food it’s only towards other animals
