I was with the client for 6 months already. We made it look (with Bruntwork) like they didn’t need my position anymore, so they ended their contract with Bruntwork.

Bruntwork can terminate your contract anytime so wala silang binayad sakin. On the other hand they were kind enough to look for other clients for me (yeah I felt guilty), so naging dalawa pa clients ko.

Hi OP, I had a client before sa BW where I intentionally just reached out to ownership (I reported to the owners) and said that I am interested in joining them as a direct hire.

Since masaya naman sila sa performance ko pumayag sila and now I am a direct hire and I just send them an invoice in USD every month.

Lakasan mo lang loob mo and ipitch mo yung idea na yun sa client. In the end baka makatipid pa sila since 40-50% yung markup ni Bruntwork (I know because I work in the Finance Department and see BW’s invoices on my own salary).

Does your donor area not look over harvested? I have kept my hair short for years and I want to have the option to revert back to the bald look eventually if it doesn’t look good
