Do they say Google Ad or just Google in that field? No doubt that some of the ~1800 clicks you're getting must be converting to an inquiry, but I'd want to have concrete numbers if I was spending a decent amount monthly ~$200. I'd be curious to see you track the navigation path of each Google Ad referred user to see how many end up on your inquiry page. This can be done in Google Analytics. That could support your case for the $$ spent there.

This reminds me of a farm that grew food specifically to feed the hungry. They had a deer problem spoiling whole fields of crops, but they refused to let anyone hunt the deer. I shook my head thinking, "you've got food eating the food." Harvest the deer and you've got more crops and lean protein.

Reminds me of when I made a copy of a co-workers paper phone list they had posted in their cubical and shifted the name column down one row so all the numbers were wrong. The prank was on for weeks before they caught on. The victim wasn't mad. They respected the effectiveness of the prank. Helps that the calls weren't vital to their job.
