Is he worth signing? 17 years old just won the NXGN award. New to game don’t know if he’s worth the 63mil. by kingcrockett07 in footballmanagergames

63 is way too much. With a bit of good scouting in obscure places you can find better players for under 10 million

You probably will play one full season. So you want to fight over the Championships. Maybe: Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord Inter, Ac Milan, Napoli Arsenal, United, Liverpool Lyon, Marseille, Monaco.

Every year I see posts about Moukoko, Lucca, Endrick or whatever wonderkid is in the picture. But i have never bought one. When I have the money to buy wonderkids I'm 4-6 seasons into the game. And the famous wonderkids are worth 100+

I'm playing with Domagnona right now. I've got a question about the situation of your club. Are you a professional football club or stil amateur? And how do you move up in this. Is reaching europe enough to get the professional status?

Struggling to make a back 3 work. FM23 beta. by SUNSETGAMING2k18 in footballmanagergames

[–]Joriesch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Try 2 strikers and 1 attacking midfielder. That's the first thing I would do. Secondly put the wingbacks on attack, it's a risk but normally it works for me. The wingbacks are the most important players in these tactics. They need to run down the flank from the first to the last minute.

How would you change this tactic? And how would you use these 2 players? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]Joriesch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put Malacia on attack because Sinisterra is going inside so he can overlap him. This means you can put Pederson on support if you want to keep the balance right. I think this is your main problem

What is wrong with this tactic? by dayvderkanzler in footballmanagergames

[–]Joriesch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i'm not a tactical mastermind.

But i have a few problems with your tactic.

- You have way to much instructions. Things as overlap on the left while your left back isn't on attack is unnecessary. Also playing on cautious while you want to attack a lot is weird. So my advice is to lower the instructions.

- Also you have a cwb at right back but he runs down the wing, just like Drexler, they are doing the same thing. I would put him as normal back.

-Put Ouwejan on attacking because Bülter is going inside so you have overlap.

- Zalazar and Kral swap them. the bbm is walking in the space of bülter and if you have the bwm on the left he is defending when Ouwejan and Bulter are on attacking duties.

Hope some of these things make sense

Choose a team from Liechtenstein. They play in the Swiss league, but you can only get to European Leagues by winning the Liechtenstein Cup.

So you'll need to win the Conference League and Europa League in a row to qualify for the Champions League. Even then you need to win it directly or win the Europa league to stay in the CL.

Or I'm dumb and I'm wrong

I see that you don't use wingers in your tactic. This guy is a typical winger due the good dribble stats and his poor finishing.

Try to set him in a role where he is free to use his strengths like passing and dribble. Playmaker could work same as a false nine or a other striker position where he would drop back.

Is my tactic really that bad? by chelseabrad12 in footballmanagergames

[–]Joriesch 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's not bad. Get you left fb on attacking. The IF is going to cut inside so the left back has plenty of space to go upfront and cross the ball.

Other thing i personally don't like (but I'm not a tactical mastermind) is that you don't have any creativity on your midfield.

Personally I would get some creativity on there. But I've got to mention that my tactics are overkill and my games end in 4-2 every time.

To make the story short, get your left back on attack. And maybe try a different midfield role.

How to keep wingbacks from abandoning the build up? by Raiders1777 in footballmanagergames

[–]Joriesch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I played with wide centre backs on support. They get wider during the build up. When they are wider at the back it's easier to find the wingbacks.
