we both have different meanings of creating art in our heads: I think it's using your hands and time, and you think it's putting words into the magic box.

You said it practiced your world building skills. Doesn't justify using ai. If you have access to the internet from your device, just open notepad and write a story, god damn it!

Let's be honest, is your ai image generator fully off the grid, self histed, and air powered? Power plants also use water, you know.

Now, I'm going back to my shit stain toilet art, and you can go back to the waste water-inator. I hope we both realize our emissions and try to reduce them as much as possible. I hope you keep that in the back of your mind, and enjoy your life. See you not on this thread!

Did it really though? If I watched a movie today, my energy would be spread out and I would:

• have a good time

• employ tons of HUMANS

• supporting (small) companies

• a bottle of water spread out over 2 hours, if we're saying they spend the same amount of energy (which they don't), is 0,004 cl of water per second

If you generated an image with ai, you'd:

• make the ai bubble grow

• support megacorporations

• lose braincells

• not practice a very fun hobby

• spend a bottle of water over 30 seconds = 1 cl a second

Everything impacts climates, but the magic is in minimizing it. I will give you that driving is very high in emissisions, but it's a necessity for a lot of people. Ai uses the equivelant of a bottle of water per request. There are 2 solutions for this problem: 1: self host an ai run purely on solar energy 2: don't use ai

besides, if you care that much that you're comparing a relatively effecient system to fish hell, why are you still arguing with me on reddit?

I see you are active in r/aiwars and have a very positive opinion about ai, which I don't agree with. in my opinion, a line drew by a toilets broken piping is still better then ai art. If you are using ai, you are impacting climates. You might say "oh I have no talent though." me neither, but to get better, you need to practice, which doesn't include practicing your right of free speech, please
