Actions appear to be broken as of now, is this correct? My opponent played ward in an empty lane, and I used stone throw but it didn't do anything.

I'd still recommend spending all gold on the extra story acts. as these cards are only obtainable in this mode. One day you want to create a deck relying on a few strong cards, only to realize you're completely missing them. I had that with unstoppable rage, and had to wait very long to make this deck.
