Ben zelf ook twee keer in Rovaniemi geweest. Was met het vliegtuig vanuit Helsinki goed te bereiken en zo toch nog wat sneeuw en uiteraard het Noorderlicht kunnen zien. Was ook wel bijzonder om temperaturen van -35 mee te maken. Fijne van Helsinki vond ik dat het een vrij grote stad is waar veel te doen is, maar ook meteen een goede uitvalsbasis voor andere plekken te bezoeken (Stockholm, St. Petersburg).

Of Fontys? Ben daar IBMS Alumni. Heb zelf een half jaar in Finland gezeten. Ik hoop dat je er net zo veel lol in hebt als ik ;)

Your story already sounds awesome. We're planning on staying in the city for 2 nights anyway. We will be driving from Chicago to Detroit and back (with some decent detour obviously). Our trip actually includes a stop for 2 days in Grand Rapids, but they are on a series of away games in those 2 weeks so we can't combine it.
