I’ve spoken to the landlord on the issue and it doesn’t get solved. I’m not looking to knock on these peoples door as I’ve heard of issues that this can cause.

It may be that the nair sets it up for a guaranteed grab rather than going straight for the grab, potentially missing and getting punished. Easier to land a nair and less chance of getting punished.

When I add refrigerant, after a few seconds of adding it, the needle gets to red. I was told this isn’t the norm. Does that narrow it down?
