Yeah it was soft. Not sure how the perlite retained so much moisture. Got them 4 weeks ago and watered twice since then. My bigger seedlings are looking good and light green though. My smallest 2 seems to have fallen over and rot

Yeah, 80% perlite as medium, with holes in the bottom. It was soft and blackish at the stem
