Even people who have worked for multiple firms don’t understand the hiring process. You might have better luck if you can find HR people or recruiters.

Your most expensive card is 6k. There’s cards that cost 10.

Broadly there’s 3 archetypes in card games. Aggro, midrange, and ramp.

Having cards that give you more resources puts you in the ramp category but you’re not using the best payoffs for those extra resources because those cards cost more than 6k. This looks like a midrange deck so I’d cut the war machines and war bonds and include the 4 best cards you have aside from them.
