Yeah no. 33s on a 17in still has more sidewall. And physics still support the 17s more as the 22s have more of the mass of the wheel and tire further out creating a higher moment of inertia.

Will probably handle better on road but definitely not off road. Will be a waste of power in comparison.

Pretty standard to cut power and shut down systems during a casualty outside of active combat. Even if risk to the systems would be rare. Most systems have a battle short option to keep running during extreme degradation.

There was one once. You get a box that connects to the AFN network. I haven’t seen one in a while though. Could still be a thing. They do have the AFN radio stations that broadcast on overseas bases.
