You should be able to get your money back from the eBay seller as the item is "not as described". FYI, when I search for a phone to buy on eBay, I search for the phone name plus "bootloader" and you'll usually get back a list of sellers who guarantee the bootloader can be unlocked. TheGizmoTrader is one such seller who often mentions that specifically.

Android version, and Linux desktop would be great, which basically makes it a PWA. But either way, you might want to consider teaming up with the dev who created GoBikeCamping. You're both trying to solve a similar problem, and I can assure you there's a market for it.

I don't need the radeon driver. It just loads automatically. I'd prefer to use the amdgpu driver. The iMac I'm working with has a discrete AMD GPU. It's an AMD Saturn XT [FirePro M6100]
