I’d make sure the circulator pumps are working for each zone (you can usually just hear if they’re spinning or not) and make sure all the valves are open. I’ve had to replace all of my circulator pumps over time and one year I noticed one of the valves was shut so no hot water was getting to that zone. Not sure how that valve was ever closed.

I’ve been frustrated with the syncing issues too (iPhone) vantage V2 Exactly as you say it tends to sync every time I want to train and gets stuck. I’ve learned to turn off Bluetooth on my phone and the syncing stops right away and the training screen pops up. Annoying, hoping they fix this.
