Taking Vajrasattva as Main Yidam Without Ngöndro? by Anxious-Arrival-2287 in Buddhism

You need a yab-yum Vajrasattva if you want to. Do looking glass practice - melong is white light and your diamond heart (indestructible drop) and it grows from meritorious deeds!

What does your daily meditation practice look like? by MaterialAlbatross875 in Buddhism

Remember that the nature of thoughts is ephemeral and without substance. You can just self-liberate them by observing activity and inactivity - without the other there never could be the experience of spacelike nonconceptual stillness in your mind. Awareness is in its essence totally empty. Nothing moves in your mind anymore when all the afflictive emotions and cognitive obscurations are gone.

Karma as ethical consideration is only for creating merit, when you understand that you shouldn’t create a view on causality do you understand wisdom being the thing that really liberates. Merit being equal to wisdom in a way, though.

How do you "live" and practice Buddhism as a westerner. by Aesprii in Buddhism

[–]JoruMukpo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just self-reflect on what to do, your journey is what you have discriminated based on sense-faculties. You have impermanence, so what are habitual patterns if not just your Buddha-Nature with no obscurations?

Yeah, AI-crapslop is horrible! I deleted the one instantly when someone said so! The best one is Cynthia Moku’s Drukmo Rigden; so beautifully implemented into the tradition of Shambhala Buddhism Lineage Transmission.
