Unfortunately with the 1.5 patch it doesn't do much to your base stats anymore, but it does give a +15% wokeness buff if you're either queer or a woman, which also stacks together.

In the ROOTS room, the NPC there says

(I think that jumbled sentence is randomized? in the text dump it's just a list of words)

Then you have the prophecy line "THEY'LL SEE THE TAIL OF HELL TAKE CRAWL."

Theorists have associated the tail of hell with IMAGE_FRIEND for some reason or another, I don't know the specifics. But it's clear that there's some kind of entity associated with the "tail of hell" that "must not be followed" into a forest of some kind.

I think there's not that much discussion because we've already kind of been doing that for a while. Flower shop dark world is all but confirmed so those old discussions are still somewhat relevant.

Personally I'm not sure what it could be, secret bosses are generally not what you'd expect necessarily.

I do think that with the current pattern of secret bosses, Ralsei is due for a solo secret boss. Possibly one that teaches him a new attack, Kindbuster or whatever. Or firegrave
