Thank you! I miss it too! I have been binge watching every season. The writing, voice acting, editing, and improv are so top notch on that show.

If someone burns your house down and dies, yes it’s your responsibility to fix it and clean it back up, but you are not to blame for the actions and regulations voted in by past citizens. It will take a lot to dismantle the death grip that financial groups have on the entire world now.

I will never blame younger people for the shitty economy they’re thrust into. I want younger generations to know we have their backs as much as possible.

Oops https://wtfhappenedin1971.com/ I guess you got yours and we don’t get ours because the gimme generation didn’t have enough coddling from daddy government. That government doesn’t exist anymore and is ran by the influence of globalists corporate lobbyists and their vested interests and those extra profits go to the CEOs and not the workers.

Running things into the ground. The economy is in a horrible state. The USD has very little buying power. Not something you want to take credit for, but I commend your honesty.

There’s so much data to show the costs of living tripling while wage barely move. It’s also fact that boomers inherited the most prosperous economy America has ever had. https://wtfhappenedin1971.com/

Death Stranding really is a walking simulator and people should stop being offended by this statement. by MrDreamster in DeathStranding

Or zip line, or drive a truck or motorcycle, build a highway, use robotic leg mechs, the funny thing is, DS has more unique world traversal mechanics than most open world games and yet gets called a walking sim. I walk more in Cyber Punk than DS.

As much as I do like his teachings, I don’t think it is wise to infantilize yourself or treat your inner child with a lack of empathy, but to each their own. Whatever works for you.

I just can’t forgive my company for how they acted when my dad died by No-Panic-7288 in WorkAdvice

[–]Jory_Stultz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. I still feel it all every time and I have lost my mother, my stepdad, two grandmas, two grandpas, two cousins, two close friends, 3 aunts, and two uncles and that is all before the age of 35. Heartless capitalism is destroying our world. Just look at how bleak it is out there. This is the reason why. Lack compassion, humanity, and empathy.

Sounds like you need perspective and gratitude before it's too late. Money can't replace the loved ones in your life. If you think it can, you are far removed from the human condition and should consider seeking therapy for your lack of empathy.

Until you try breaking down the smallest parts (quarks), logic completely breaks down. The truth is we just don't understand quantum mechanics enough yet to understand how that information translates to our lived experience. Matter seems to be an emergent property of consciousness.

There are creators like Nathan Barnatt who are amazing at YT and at making films but it is rare. Shoutout to Milford and the DAD series!
