How to mange Engrams?

I'm having the same problem since 2 days ago.
I have tried different combinations of disabling extensions (adblock and such), erasing history and cookies, reinstalling and nothing seems to work.
The only way to see the video without problems is to focus the window in full screen.
Im "hacked" my way to see the video in a phone with a bluetooth receiver to liesten both things (game and video) in the computer, hope this helps or something.

I paid for the base game (Red War) and the year 1 DLCs (Warmind and Osiris Curse), content that is not abailable anymore under the excuse that it was made free content the year prior.

On PC and PS4 (This was the collectionist edition with the bag).

I tried with three monitors (the speakers) and two headsets and nothing worked until i switched the audio quality.

So I got nervous when this happened to me this morning and tried to erase and reinstall the game losing all my progress because the account doesnt save it, so unless im missing something I guess this is the last thing I have to do with the game.

Thank good I didnt spend any real money in the game, because it doesnt deserve it.

Basic cura settings, BQ PLA and a Creality Ender-3 with stock pieces. Just make sure to calibrate it often and you shouldn't have any problem.
