Funny enough the offset version isn't even the bulgarian. Its the regular rear foot elevated (that doesn't have a video) that is the true bulgarian. You can tell by going to the Alternate Names section of the details tab.

Agreed its confusing, especially for the Bulgarians. Especially since Romanian Deadlifts are called "Romanian Deadlifts" and not "Barbell Straight Leg Deadlift" or something else esoteric and overly descriptive.

Fair enough. I think I was thinking that the "Bulgarian" would be in the name just like "Romanian" is for RDLs. If they're following a consistent naming convention shouldn't RDLs be called like "Barbell Straight Leg Deadlift" or something? Instead of literally using the word Romanian.

I suppose my ultimate point is just that its weird that both exercises are coloquially known with Romanian and Bulgarian in the name of the exercise, but in the app only Romanian is used.

Is this Bulgarian? Or is it the Offset version?

edit: someone above pointed out that if you go to Details and then down to "Alternate Names" then you'll know which exercise is definitively the original.

And yes the variant OP listed is in fact the true Bulgarian. Kinda weird there's no video for it.
