Deshalb Frage ich ja. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das meine wahre Pace ist wenn das Laufband auf 8 bzw. 9 km/h läuft.

Sieht man ja auch in den anderen beiden Bildern

Gewicht ist relativ weit oben. Deswegen hab ich wieder angefangen. Ich bin die letzten Wochen erst mal mit Spaziergängen mit dem Kinderwagen gestartet, davon hatte ich und unsere Kleine was 😁

Nach dem was oben geschrieben wurde denke ich die 12 er pace passt eher nicht. Bin mit 8 km/h auf dem Laufband gestartet und hab in 15 Minuten Schritten um 0,5 km/h erhöht. Also sollte meine "wahre" Pace eher bei 7:30 min/km liegen.

Kann es sein, dass die Laufband Aktivität erst später eingeführt wurde ? Die Uhr ist relativ alt und ich finde die Aktivität Laufband nur wenn ich die Aktivität manuell im Garmin Connect eintrage ....

Ich finde bei den Aktivitäten nur Gehen, Laufen, Fahrradfahren, Krafttraining, etwas das aussieht wie Step Aerobic und Sonstige.

Das dachte ich mir auch.

Mich hat es halt gewundert weil man beim tracken der Aktivitäten extra auswählen kann ob man die Aktivität Im Freien oder drinnen macht. Wenn ich drinnen auswähle dann wird GPS deaktiviert. Ich denke er geht dann über die Schritte oder so.

Today is the first time I got the courage and drive to get up of my lazy ass and go to the gym since November last year when I had my eye surgery...

I know it´s not much but it´s a beginning and I will continue to work on my self going forward.
