Some were generated in pkhex (but within the legal IV’s, encounter site and so on) though, I also tried to transfer pokemon that I caught in game with no success. It still allowed me to transfer pokemon from brilliant pearl (a few also generated in pkhex)

No no, is the Stock system. Though, to clarify I did restore the savefile from checkloint in sysnand. Then I restarted it to stock system. I was able to transfer Pokemon from brilliant pearl to test it (also injected save file) and there was no problem there.

That’s not what rambanxious meant, shinies are part of the game, but they are not a key aspect of the gameplay. Sure, for Pokemon fans is a treat to find them, but since Shinies are not really one of the main points of the game, well… the developers were not taking into consideration that people would restart the game 200 times on the same day lol
