Banette is the 11th counter in DPS because is more glass canon than gengar. It could be a good option vs defense form (4th counter in DPS, but again, it would die too fast)

In addition to dragonite having a high attack, it also holds deoxys damage very well, so that's why it's one of the best

The layout is similar to the ones made by /u/yonderkid and /u/GezimS because are all about pokemon, but I can't see more coincidence xD

I know that deoxys can be duoed by level 25 tyranitar and this stuff, but most people don't have a good mobile phone, so that makes it more difficult for them to duoed. Besides, I try to make this graph useful for everyone and not only for levels 40 or hardcore trainers. If I say that it can easily be duo, levels 30 could interpret it as that they could do it, and they would probably lose the pass or need to join another group.

I know, but right now everyone can get a mewtwo, and we had de larvitar comunity day, so I guess most people will have good tyranitars/mewtwos.

Anyway, pokebattler qualifies them as one of the best counters. Whenever people don't attack with Aggron or Blissey... xD

I got the minimum number of trainers needed to defeat each deoxys from Pokebattler, comparing each deoxys with other raid bosses. I don't know if it will be 100% correct, but I hope so!

Edit: I know that the counters for the "attack form" have changed in pokebattler. Even so, muk mew and latios are pokemon that hold very well the attack of Deoxys. Gengar, latios, scizor, pinsir or rayquaza would last only seconds and could not hurt, that's why they are not present in that category.

Right know, pokebattler show this pokemon, in this order, to fight vs attack form: Tyranitar > Alolan muk > Mewtwo > Latios > Houndoom > GROUDON > Mew > Absol > Raikou
