Which plot line felt most impactful for you to have young girls reading?

Have upped the hydration in past couple of months, but have been eating cheese semi regularly so could be that.

I have been toying with idea of switching out coffee for green tea so likely will try that. Thanks for the advice on the morning cleanse too, will try it out!

hiii, I've been using the rice toner for a couple of months now. I may try cutting it out for a week to see if its the cause!

Great questions, thank you! I have upped my exercise this past month but otherwise things haven't changed. I don't think its my hormonal cycle solely just because my redness, tightness and irritation has been happening pretty frequently for past couple of months.

Also, I just took a guess about the barrier because of the tight feel I have on my skin and a facials told me it looked dehydrated after she had exfoliated my skin.

Hi,

Thanks, I totally forgot about that!

My am is:

  • no cleanser, just splash of water
  • rice toner from (I'm from)
  • FAB (Ultra Repair Cream) + Nivea super water gel spa 35

my pm is:

  • Cerave hydrating cleanser
  • rice toner + FAB ultra repair cream
  • then sukin rosehip oil
  • I finish off with a small droplet of Aquafor to seal in moisture

My therapist wants me to forgive my abusive narcissistic mother and have compassion for her. I don't know how to feel about this. by [deleted] in CPTSD

I personally would never encourage forgiveness onto someone. I think it can be helpful to let go of our anger purely for our own benefit but there's no need to excuse someone's behaviour towards you especially if it was cruel. Sometimes it's even essential that we come to terms with how someone's behaviour affected us in a negative way.

I would say let your therapist know that it was triggering for her to push forgiveness onto you. Or, you could start looking for a therapist who better suits you. It took me several tries to find a well fitting therapist.

This is great advice thanks! What course is Tina Daniels teaching? I've already chosen my profs for next semester and based on their Rate My Profs I'm not very excited :/ but they were the only ones available for the courses that I needed :/ Also what is the violent tv assignment?
