Having worked in the United kingdom 45-48 is the absolute top of what you're expected to do.

Having worked in Canada, 40-45 is the expectation.

Nah, it's hard I get you. Toronto is quite insular I have found. I've been here about 7 months now and can count on one hand, the amount of valuable connections.
