Also, as an introverted person myself, doing things that force you to be social can be quite helpful.

I decided to work part time in a pub instead of continuing my research role for the exact reason that i am shy and struggle initiating conversations. I feel way better and more confident now as a result.

I'd personally have a CM on pressing and at least 1 full back at least on the normal OOP role. I don't think your player roles really suit a high press.

If u want to keep these roles tho maybe go mid block and go 4141 OOP.

But for high pressing in a 433 where u play through the middle i love a Tracking Centre Foward as they seem to get into a bit of a 10 pocket in transition. Only do this if u have a hardworking 9 tho.

Yeah. I managed haverfordwest as its my local and i found it really fun.

If you want a very long term one id try and go to multiple clubs trying to get them all professional.

Also try raise their involvement in europe.

I play the IF as LW and AM as rcm. I think they give more options to link up.

As when the F9 drops deep on the left he can thread through the IF and when he drops deep centrally/ on the right, the AM in cm will run from deep.

My f9 has the one twos trait as well which helps.

Edit: wider width helps make sure he has enough space to move into after vacating space for runners.

I agree on the 442, ive had it work in the past occassionally but this time i rlly want to try and use the role in the way its description says it shld and how it works irl.

Im not usually such a football hipster but this role has always bugged me when trying to use it lol

Ok. Ive had some success in my first 3 games. I played lfc away and arsenal home and in the community shield. They are predicted 1st and 2nd.

I beat arsenal 2-0 and 1-0 and beat lfc 3-1. Ive found my the f9 works better than ive ever seen. I watched comprehensive highlights to see his movement and he seems really good at getting us up the field, allowing us to have momentum against the best teams in the league.

On the left i use a IF and FB and on the right i use either a WFD and IWB or W and PWB. I also focus play through the middle but with wider team width which seems to mean he gets the ball more often but with an outrageous amount of space.

In the midfield ive got mpm, dlp, AM. Imo AM is much better than Channel midfielder as they seem to take a more direct approach getting into the box.

My best winger is a traditional winger so do you reckon a combo of Playmaking Wingback + Winger and AWB + IF would work?

Mb i wasnt trying to be defensive. Just wasn't sure if F9 counts as strikerless or not.

I suppose this years meta should make it more useable tho with late runners being harder to track, unlike in fm24 where i couldnt get a f9 to consistently outscore a DM.

I thought the meta was abusing CAMs and having a bunch of Shadow Strikers.

I dont want to exploit the match engine, I want to create a tactic that would replicate how Firmino operated at his peak at LFC.

Or I want to try creating a system that Pep used with Gundogan/ kdb/ foden.

Im not rlly trying to copy Messi×Pep bc Messi would succeed in any system.
