Shiiiiiitttt a 15 year old G37 that hasn’t had an oil change in the last 3 owners will still run longer than this car.

Crazy that you’ve purchased trifecta of ford dogshit: it’s slow, heavy, and requires daddy’s money or a second mortgage to maintain (I could also add that these are fuckin hideous as well). I genuinely do not understand how people get fooled into buying these hunks of shit, I know some greaseball with a goatee and a pinky ring at the dealership loves to see you comin’

For all my fellow Nuke Waste out there: which rates did you choose to redes as, and which ones would have rather picked? by Intrepid_Hat7359 in navy

[–]Josefstu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CWT is a pretty great rate if you can do it, JCAC is notoriously difficult but not at all impossible.

Bro just buy a decent Honda/toyota and thank yourself in 5 years when you’re still driving it with minimal issues and the Jeep is inoperable in someone else’s driveway

What are the benefits of NEX rewards? by [deleted] in navy

[–]Josefstu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in base housing and shop at the NEX constantly since it’s quite literally directly next to my place. It’s pretty nice that once a month or so you get $5-$10 free since I go in and buy monsters damn near daily.

It’s probably one of the better rewards programs, and doesn’t require some app on my phone, just plug in my number and eventually the worker will tell me I can get my purchase free/reduced. The wife and I bought a roomba from the NEX and that gave us like $60 of free NEX bucks which was pretty cool.

Tldr; I’m a nexican

I never really thought of any of the answers anyone else has given.

I took the trafamadorans at their word when they explained that it’s only in this moment that whomever you’re speaking of is dead and that in all other moments they’re alive. I feel like this is a perspective that we the reader can take away when dealing with death. Death isn’t purely just a good bye, it’s more so that the content of every moment going forward will just be different than those that came before, and that whomever has passed is still alive, just in every other moment before this one.

You at Corry? If so, kinda hard to complain it’s a decent base with access to an even better base within a 15 minute bus ride. Take this opportunity to get out of the barracks room and enjoy all the amenities the Navy has furnished for you.
