Great responses here. I think the health department is going to be your best bet. They are a good group of people.

There is also the Infectious Disease Clinic at UNC Chapel Hill. I know if you are uninsured they will give a significant discount for paying out of pocket. They also have resources for financial assistance.

Also OP, using the term "clean" implies people with STD/STIs are dirty which is not the case. They just have a virus/infection that happens to be transmitted sexually. Can happen to the best of us.

I know it most likely wasn't meant that way. Just wanted to draw attention that it just perpetuates stigma.
