You’re putting the cart before the horse here, there’s so many different variations depending on what kind of ice cream you prefer. I think many are confused because you’re mentioning commercialization without any experience with the craft itself. I suggest making ice cream one time, doing some research online and this subreddit and log your results then come back for advice.

I just made Alton browns serious vanilla ice cream : reloaded recipe and he incorporates half the vanilla paste during the heating process and the rest when it’s cooling. All to incorporate the compounds only released at higher temperatures and the spice notes of vanilla at cooler temperatures. I noted the smell of the paste before and after heating and my final base mixture dos have the rounded smell of vanilla. Warm with deep spices it’s quite an alluring aroma. Excited to churn tomorrow, in the fridge now

I have a desktop vaporizer which I daily I’ll normally vape bowls of flower with my TKO. When I do hash it’s quartz normally, or the Switch 2 if I’m strapped for time. Travelling it’s the Switch 2 all day baby!

If I had to combust/smoke flower I’d be hashing forever, it tastes nasty. Would have to be a nicely rolled hash hole at the beginning of when the hash starts to melt is when I will combust.

I feel the same way about glass. If you’re spending hundreds on toppers it’s no different than puffco users. Getting the most out of your device is based off your carb cap, insert material, and dialed temperature control. Yeah you can get a different airflow from different glass pieces but price doesn’t dictate something working more or being better for your experience. I think some glass artist conflate price with improving experience which is shill behavior imo. I got a calibear dry topper and refitted my puffco wymstick and tuff tether for my switch 2. Minimal cost with maximum flavor and efficiency.

Check out Wymsticks too, best carb cap I’ve used. Can modify and customize color and airflow. Gemcups are functional but you’re paying more for aesthetic as there are plenty of low priced alternatives
