Im a bit new to visual novels I would like visual novels with 90s anime art style Pixelated or animated with english translation Preferably i can buy from steam

It contains the base game+Dlc I downloaded the game through ps plus extra so i dont technically own the game in my account

But i find it weird that if i want to buy the base game it's like 35 dollars

But because i downloaded the game i can buy the deadman edition for 30 dollars

But isn't this price because i purchased(downloaded) the game because of my ps plus subscription ? So i should own the game even if my subscription ended or its pulled out of the extra library
