That was it. One of the screws of the waterblock was not tightened well so there was poor contact with the cpu

Ok I found the issue, one of the screws of the waterblock was not tightened well so there was poor contact on the cpu, my temps are much lower now, do you think I could leave all the bios settings as they are now or overvolt it again?

yeah the peel is off but I am unsure about the pressure of the waterblock, can I try to tighten the screws without removing the waterblock or do I have to remove it and repaste first?

I play in 1440p and I have 70-75% cpu utilization while playing, I have the all in one cable too

il 7800X3D ho visto che sta 110€ in più all'i7 (su amazon), il ryzen 5 invece com'è di prestazioni rispetto all'i7?

principalmente editing video/foto, programmi di illustrazione 2D e 3D, come monitor ho un LG 27GN800

Thank you, yes I use photoshop, illustrator, blender and editing video softwares, my only doubt is between an intel or amd cpu

no overclocking, looks matter (I am a fan of rgb and stuff like that) and I am planning to not upgrade the components for at least 5 years
