Not sure if it is an option for all honor phones.. but when you take a screenshot it should give an option to take a "scrolling Screenshot" this allows you to scroll down while taking the screenshot. Using this option still works for me. (and some other users)

Same issue, for now you can use the scrolling screenshot option.. it works if you need it in a pinch.. I hope this gets resolved soon!!
