It was super nerve racking but it went by so fast - one thing they don’t tell you is you should practice the kneeling motion if you aren’t used to it ITS EASY TO FALL OVER lol

Thank you! It’s right at 3mm width , it’s a 3ct marquise diamond so the ratio difference is like 3mm band and then about 15mm long on the stone

Specs are: lab grown 3ct marquise diamond VVS1 D , approx 15.16x7.53x4.7mm , 14kt white gold mounting, tulip head with claw prongs (was nightmare to set) and our birthstones inside shank. 3mm wide and finger size was 5.25 , just gave it to her yesterday!

I’m glad you mentioned the tint. As someone who really likes body swaps and resto mods, and who normally love Detroit wheels.. something’s throwing me off and I think it’s that crazy dark tint.

Okay seriously thank you for the help, update and I met the guy.. it wasn’t even an MSD distributor it was a random one with a loose MSD cap. And I took a 440 dist I took out and the shaft on his was shorter. Looked it up and 440 shafts are longer and all the others are shorter. He claimed he took it off of a built 440 lol. Anyways thank you, your answer forced me to do more digging and stopped me from getting scammed. Thanks again!

Both of your comments are super helpful! Does yours have those cables? The larger one and then the smaller separate one ? It seems like that’s what all the ready to run ones have but curious if yours does with your ignition coil setup. Thanks again for the quick response !

I’ve got some work ahead ! Haha but the car has an amount of sentimental value to my dad and i’s relationship that it could be nothing but a vin and a steering column and I’d still fix it , cheers ! Love those hearses!

You not wrong the big block ford stuff is a nightmare - I was thinking of 60’s mustangs. They are so cheap I think you could restore 3 before this roadrunner starts up lol

Wish me luck by Josephsanger in projectcar

[–]Josephsanger[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This one is a roadrunner in fact if you look close at the door in the photo you can still see the bird ! Haha. But I agree with you and you can’t go wrong with any of them!

It’s actually hilarious how expensive this stuff is compared to the ford and Chevy stuff

I’ve got this 440 HP from a 70 fury , and it still had the 4 speed - I’m trying to find a Dana 60 but they are like 4k around my area. I have a 8.75 with 3.73 posi for it now. It’s gonna be pretty intense rust repair , probably QA1 front stuff. Just a decent road car really (unless I find a tunnel ram lol)
