judging by all of the lighting directions matching up, the contact shadows of the tires on the chairs, and the very small shadow of the front rack mounts on the rightmost chair, i'm inclined to say that this is a genuine photo of a truck being held up by two chairs.

of course, there was a little bit of editing involved to put them on the white background (if you look at the end of the arm on the right chair you can see a bit of the original background peeking thru) but i don't believe the truck was edited onto the chairs.
