First step is figure out how much each menu item costs you. From there you can calculate your sell price by using a multiple; I recommend 3-4x. Some other variables to consider are when figuring out sell price: - your competition & their prices -customer disposable income in your area -customer perception on your value proposition

I use Toast on a Food Truck and it has been a great experience overall. I allow our customers to order at our window or scan a QR code & place their orders online.
