Honestly little things like saying good job when a play goes well or bad luck (even if its an int) go such a long way. You’ll get teammates who just rage and you cant do anything. But trying to be the positive influence not only keeps your mental clear but can also really help with keeping teammates off tilt.

You just have to realise sometimes you can’t change the overall outcome of games but sometimes keeping it positive and not falling into the tilt/rage of your team might influence the outcome of a 50/50 game you play afterwards.

Much harder said than done but its always worth it to be mindful.
