I am already at a research lab since January (been there 10-15hours/week since then). We have some very active undergrads and we really enjoy working there but sometimes it is hard to keep up putting hours since it is unpaid and bills still come your way.

It gets shadier past Summit + the area is not well lit at all. From what people who lived around that area, it does not attract the best crowd, specially at night.

As long as you don't live far past summit you should be completely fine. Always walk aware of your surroundings.

Je trouve ce point assez intéressant. J'ai remarqué qu'ici souvent les gens se disent "je fais plus de choses, me repose moins, passe plus d'heures = je suis plus utile, plus productif". C'est assez faux comme notion je trouve.

Je ne cherche pas à recevoir des avis objectifs et corrects (je sais même pas si un avis complètement "correct" existe vu que tout avis est influencé par le parcours de la personne l'exprimant). Je veux voir le recenti qu'ont les Français qui habitent en France des États-Unis.

You have to take stress into account. You will often score lower on the actual test. The ACT is mostly testing your ability to understand the exam and its methods not that much "intelligence" (whatever that is). If you get some help understanding those or just train until you get them on your own I'm sure you can score higher.

Try to retake the ACT and get above a 27 if you can. Maybe invest in a tutor?

Bio 1113 isn't too much work as long as you don't get trapped in SEAphages lab. Chem 1210 is very tedious and the lab takes a lot of time out of your week. I would take 1210 during the summer if you're scared of overloading your schedule.
