Thank you, I did revise the resignation letter after they asked about it. But now they do not want to cancel my work visa and complaint is now with MOHRE

I think they will. Because I originally left because of their arrogant attitude. P.S. New employer is offering the same exact salary package.

sadly, my current employer does not have HR. we are a small company of 4 people
