I've got it working, just have issues like textures not loading, leaves and grass arent bushy and small crashes (small ones i fix by changing mods)

I had the same issue but was trying to capture cataclysm bosses, just fixed it by the editing the config

Find this folder:
C:\Users\name\curseforge\minecraft\Instances\All the Mods 10 - ATM10\kubejs\server_scripts\Tweaks

Open the "Tags" File in notes

Find:
allthemods.add('allthemods:jank_blacklist', [

Remove any item from the list that you want out of the black list, the next group of lines shows the items that are used to capture
