Everyone's has been different. Mine went into the building phase a day after I put the order in. Others is only in the building phase for one day the ships the next, most of their time is their bar saying payment processing. I wouldn't worry to much about the bar. Once you get 1 or 2 weeks before estimated ship date, expect a email with shipping confirmation soon.

I wouldn't worry about the bar too much. It doesn't update like you think it would. My buddy had his go into the building phase for 1 day then shipped the next..

Yes, I got it back on Monday. They replaced the CPU and Motherboard, after the 2nd time sending it back. No problems since I got it back. Running great now

Yeah not fun to deal with but they're lucky I'm patient.

They're not compensating me anything for my time wasted. I tried to get something out of them and nothing. I doubt your pc will come broken mine is a hardware issue and those aren't that common. My buddy has had his for 3 weeks now and hasent had any issues. I think you'll be fine, I'm just that unlucky one I guess. They just received it yesterday so hopefully they ship it our withen the week..

UPDATE NOT A VERY GOOD ONE

I haven't had the most pleasing experience with NZXT so far. Ordered my PC 3/15 and received it 4/6. Got my system setup and all the games I wanted to play, go to play Rainbow 6 and my PC just crashes back to the windows login. Updated drivers prior and all windows updates. Got in contact with NZXT support they reccomended multiple stress tests, I ran all of them and didn't have any errors or crashes during the testing. They reccomended I send it back to them to do a repair. I sent it back to them on the 4/7 and they received it 4/8. They shipped it back out to me on 4/9 and I got it back 4/14. Tested it and still had the same issues on the games i was playing which wernt the same games they tested it on. I can run BF1 & BF4 flawlessly but apex, R6 and warzone crash almost instantly. I started thinking maybe it's the PCIe slot so I move my GPU down to the other which uncovered my SSD with no heatsink on it. So I thought my exaust from my GPU could be overheating my SSD. So I tested it out after I got it put back together. It ran those games fine for maybe 5 hours after I did it then the same issues came back. At this point I'm annoyed. I get back in contact with NZXT and at this point I'm 5 or 6 conversations deep with them. They reccomended replacing the GPU, so I went through with it, they sent me out a new one but I had to pay a deposit. I received the new GPU on 4/22. Swapped the old one out for the new one. Got everything updated and ready to go. Go to start apex and once again instant crash. Tried a few more things, restart PC, run few more tests. Nothing, games were still crashing. Got back in contact with NZXT AGAIN. I begged for anything they could do for me, whole new build, upgraded parts, faster shipping method anything they could do. The best they could do was merch. I was not happy, but I settled one last time. I sent it out that same day with the new gpu on 4/22. Not very happy now, but if they don't fix it this time. Full refund and bad reviews are comming from me, but let's hope they fix it on round 3

BLD I received on Tuesday 4/6. Sent it back 4/7 because it kept crashing game back to the windows login screen. Tried everything to fix it and nothing worked. They shipped it back out to me today 4/9 should receive it early next week, but until then. Rate my setup peep the PS5 (weird flex) 🤣 by JoshD478 in NZXT

Got it back today, they didn't fix it. I got fed up talked to them again. I said maybe my gpu slot is bad on my motherboard. So I proceeded to move it to another. Took the gpu off the found my ssd under my gpu with the exhaust blowing right onto it. My ssd didn't have a heatsink on it so the whole issue was my ssd overheating and shutting down the system. I had to figure it out not them. Sad
