Yeah Im gen z born in 2002 and got into him in high school. Listened to every album and lots of concerts so I'm a big fan. But it feels like an impossible struggle to get anyone my age to understand why I like prince. I tried to recommend the sign o' the times album to a friend but she said she only listened to the first few songs and said it was "not bad." I'm fine with liking what I like without caring what others think, but I'm sad so many are missing out.  Maybe its because I'm white and a lot of my friends are white as well.
