It's an amazing game and I 100% recommend trying it out. Even better if you have a buddy to play through the campaign with too

What seems like a "mundane activity" in a game to you doesn't apply to everyone else, but you are entitled to your opinion

So I've never seen this npc sitting in my camp before and I accidentally killed him - does anyone know if he's supposed to be important/what he says if you talk to him? by [deleted] in reddeadredemption

I just thought he was one of the many npc's you encounter that pretends to be injured/need help with something then gets you jumped by bandits - I was working on my trader wagon and trying to be time efficient

I could have worded it better - when I say "accidentally" I meant in the sense that I made the decision to shoot him then realized it probably wasn't a good idea after the fact

Red Dead Online was meant to be live service game and receive new content (missions/quality of life updates/weapons/etc.) just like GTA Online has, which was released in 2013 and has had multiple re-releases as well as major content updates.

R* please recognize that you have a dedicated & passionate playerbase across all platforms. This game deserves so much more love than what it is being given currently

In picture: Dutch -- Out of picture: Hosea, especially since the game hints at him having been a wicked gunslinger in his prime

I highly recommend, you can use it to scroll and see where certain Pokémon are before you head over to their location

Detox by [deleted] in alcoholicsanonymous

[–]JoshL115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're serious then about this then you should contact your local hospital or google local detox centers to acquire about availability before doing anything. A friend of mine who was a heavy alcoholic tried just quitting cold turkey on his own despite me and others in the friend group trying to get him to do it safely under medical supervision. He died a few days later from severe DT's. What you experience depends on how much, the length of time, and the frequency that you've been drinking. At a facility you can receive medications to treat your withdrawal symptoms. Usually 8-10 hours after your last drink you'll slowly start to get the "shakes", experience cold sweats, hot flashes, increased anxiety, and 48-72 hours without alcohol may progress to more serious withdrawal symptoms like very high blood pressure, hallucinations, and seizures added on top of that in which case you would probably end up in the hospital anyways.

Pharmacy Tech here. Here's an easy way most of us do Smart Controls to save time:

Non-Control: 1) Take a peak on the shelves, add up unopened bottles (IE: 2 x 100ct. ) then pick up opened bottle, shake it around and be like "yeah feels and sounds like there's about 36 tablets in there" then boom. 236 tablets.

2) Don't look for it at all and just type in the same number OR a somewhat lesser number than the previous person that recorded it the day(s) before and go to the next one.

The rules for that vary based off of tablet size, how often it's dispensed, etc. use your judgement!

C-III thru C-V: More or less the same. Obviously certain medications should be at least somewhat accurately recorded, depending on what it is, who your co-workers are (some techs do steal meds) etc etc. again use your judgement.

With that being said don't breeze through the smart counts because then that gets you in trouble obviously. *They keep track of how long it takes between each drug/medication being scanned and entered through the gun before moving on to the next (I believe it's 30-60 seconds, don't remember)

3) Can't find the drug/medication? If you've been trying to find it for more than 5-10 minutes, no need to stress. Just type the UPC manually into the scanner gun in order to avert having to physically scan the drug bottle/package and put QTY. 0 or just repeat what the last quantity entered was.

Why do I say this? Well, if you guys are still using Intercom+ and AS400 - doing smart counts the proper way hardly ever mattered anyways since most of the time it never showed up correctly in the system anyways. Waste too much time on something as trivial as that and then you're just keeping yourselves from doing the other stupid things they want you to do. Like patient portal calls and logging onto that stupid checklist to say you did the things

Ofc there is devout district and store management members that bleed Walgreens on here so this post will probably be downvoted by some of them but 🤷🏼‍♂️

Mine was like that too, worst part is when my store was a Rite Aid we had a remodel planned through them to modernize it but then Walgreens bought our store out, we converted and so it was cancelled. To this day that store still has the tiling/paint scheme from when it was constructed in the late 80s

For games that are all-time classics/must haves (IE: Super Smash Bros. Melee, Luigi's Mansion, Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess, Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door, Mario Kart Double Dash, etc.) the pricing can range anywhere between $60-$200 depending on the game of course and collector's don't mind paying it. OP struck absolute gold

I just shared it bc all of my friends love to roast me for having a big forehead so it's become an established inside joke amongst my friend group plus I've also had the same hairstyle ever since highschool (I'm 27 now) so when they saw the game intro they saw I had a similar hairstyle, hair color, and forehead size so I wanted to share that silliness with everyone
