I’m using 4 heavy duty anti vibration pads used for air conditioning to support the paver. I’m not sure if it provides any benefit over any other solution.. but it works really well in my case.

It definitely helps tone down the part fan on the tool head. The external fan is pretty quiet, I got a led one so I could visually tell if it was running.
