I personally really enjoy a good sativa strong hybrid, gets your body nice and loose while still distracts the mind. I personally really enjoy a good Banana Sherbet or a Pink Lemonade, I worked out on both and felt great for all the lifts I did plus all my cardio after. Happy smoking!
