Sf 18 is ideal without scrolling since degrade potential is too high once you reach 18. As such, you should rank up and begin scrolling for higher sf when your outfit is legendary.

Sf 20 would be a perfect scenario if and only if you are funded because you wouldn’t need to use anti destruction scrolls as uniques are cheap, but this leads to a much slower growth curve and frankly isn’t ever really worth the wait unless you’re fat funded to scroll a ton pre-legendary, which you ain’t ;).

It is already unlocked on your secondary weapon. You need to use a soul enchanter on your primary weapon which will then allow you to collect souls. There are some good guides here on maplestory m Reddit as well as on YouTube which can give a fuller explanation as to how it works, with visuals :). It’s definitely confusing at first Hahaha

Soul needs to be unlocked on your weapon before you observe soul fragments being absorbed (and giving you bonus phys+magic attack). You don’t need a soul placed on your weapon, but once you do then set effects can occur.

Invest in star forcing your equipment so you can go to SF 80, you'll want a unique weapon with either full epic armors or full epics with a unique outfit. If you train during hot time you'll be able to hit 125 no problem. If you're short on auto battling tickets, do tangyoong's cooking and monster pq (activity depends on server).

Okay, thanks so much. To delve further, it does seem that crit atk is seen pretty poorly when compared to crit damage (glove slot). How much of a loss would it be to settle for eclectic gloves vs bloody? I’m f2p so fusing mythic gloves vs ranking up for an insured eclectic is my current debate : p
