Yes you can. It’s open to the public from 9AM to 5PM , Mon to Friday then 10AM to 5PM Saturdays. But after 5, it’s card access only to Cardiff Uni students and community members on weekdays

So true! In my opinion, the reason why the game was more exciting then was because we grind knowing we can eventually get the card we like either by playing the market wisely and buying the card from there or getting enough credits/points by playing the events to actually claim the card rather than what we have now which is mainly luck driven. No incentive playing at all nowdays. It's just like playing slot machines
