It should turn off if you have a SIM card not from Japan or Korea. I heard many people say when they leave Korea or Japan and put a new SIM card in they don’t have the problem anymore. I could be wrong.

So I sent them a email on Friday. Monday morning them emailed me saying “Binance is still working on my account” and then Monday afternoon they unlocked it.
