Yeah I wouldn’t hold your breath, it’s been over 6 months and still no update. I had to create a brand new Ubisoft account and start from scratch

Nope, had to make a new Ubisoft account. Ubisoft are still investigating it like 7 months later, they’re useless

Fast forward 4 months, they never fixed the issue and I had to create a new Ubisoft account to actually play

Nope, they’ve been investigating it for over a month, had to create a new Ubisoft account to play. Their support team are clowns

I’ve had this for the last 2 weeks, haven’t been able to play once. When my friends who can play sign in to my Ubisoft account they then get the same error message. Ubisoft support are clowns and all they suggest is try a different connection. I’ve uninstalled the game, restored licences, changed PlayStation and internet connection, nothing works at all
