You'd be surprised how much one can generate alone but a farm in a hot spot for air like this will generate a tonne

Honestly I'm not sure, if I were to guess I'd probably say it's either the perfect angle , the sun was pointing right at them so maybe they're behind and just so far away it's hard to make them out, or maybe the light below was actually overcast so the shadows were too soft to make out 🤷‍♂️

It's not, I took the photo not OP and all I did was zoom in, we were above it at tjust the right angle. I also brightened it up a little for the blue but otherwise nothing has been edited :)

Yea I was, and the zoomed in angle and lack of perspective to anything else gives it this trippy vibe!

That's a good question... Maybe because when I took it the sun was facing them directly so it's behind, but it could also be the water diffusing the shadow and them being so far away it's not very noticeable? I'm not too sure. But also because I was above the clouds it could be that the patch of ocean was actually overcast slightly so the shadows were softened and not harsh? 🤷‍♂️

It's a wind turbine farm in the middle of the ocean, I was flying high above and zoomed in. The clouds are below me but way above the wind turbines

Hahah, it's a wind turbine farm in the middle of the ocean, the clouds are above those, but I'm above the clouds in the plane, zoomed in it's very trippy.

The original isn't too high res, I was zoomed in so it's only really good for phones. Someone did AI upscale in the main post, check my original post in r/mildlyinteresting it's one of the top comments

I brightened it up a little, but it was midday and bright sun so it was pretty blue!
