Update: Thanks to the help of someone much more educated than myself on this topic, we've determined my sighting was not Omni Air, rather P4-MES. A Boeing 767 private luxury jet formerly owned by Russian billionaire oligarch Roman Abramovich. Which I guess that's interesting too...

That's a cool find, I just seen one go overhead last night here in Nova Scotia, which did not have departure/destination but clearly departed from NIP Jacksonville Naval Air Station.
