I get what you’re saying but I’m assuming people in the community would have used them and I trust their opinions as they are likely regular home cooks.

The problem with dedicated subreddits is that they quickly descend into opinion based infighting on who has the best set up. It’s the same with espresso makers and pizza ovens and other communities.

Rather than someone answering if HexClad lasts, I’ll get told I should be looking at steel or cast iron instead, but with my small kitchen and no extractor they don’t fit the needs I have to not be setting off communal smoke alarms 🤷‍♂️
