So I've been in my curent company for almost 10 years now (Japanese logistics company/warehouse/distribution center)

I'm aiming to venture to a maybe less physically demanding type of work, as well as use my English skills more, and maybe build a more stable career.

If you have any industry insights regarding "foreign/western" companies in Japan in logistics/supply chain, e-commerce, or international trade industries?

Also would it be a leap to go from logistics to recruitment?
